Fixes #40.

  • persists projection freshness on the host, including authoritative empty reports
  • returns a derived stale flag when a successful repo mutation is newer than the projection
  • refreshes snapshots before terminal reporting after backup/forget and after prune
  • adds an operator POST /api/hosts/{id}/snapshots/refresh reconciliation trigger
  • covers freshness, empty projections, refresh dispatch, and mutation ordering

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
